### How are Dividends Disbursed?

Surplus for each policy term may be declared by the Board following 3 years of claim maturity, and is disbursed in multiple installments. The dividend check received in 2026 included surplus premiums declared from the policy terms of 2023, 2022 and 2021. All members are eligible for dividends, regardless of claims experience. Each member receives the same dividend percentage applied to the members’ audited premium. By member agreement, dividends may be forfeited should the member leave the group without proper notice.
